50 thrusters (1/2 of body weight)
one person workswhile the other rest, you do not need to complete all of the reps, you can jump from one movements to the other at will.

Well i guess I cheated to much this weekend I gained 2#’s back up to 186# I will get back on track this week. I WILL GET DOWN TO MY GOAL WEIGHT BY THIS FRIDAY.

I had a good time with Sue, this morning…wait that didn’t came out right. Sue did work out with me this morning at 9, considering that she was alone, and I was not going to do the WOD ( God forbid) she did 1/2 of it. Did it in 17.39, subbing ring rows for Pull-ups, she likes them way too much, will have her do more next time. I hope to see many of you tonight at 6:30 for Oly lifts class.

Just Joe at my 7:30 class. He killed a 1/2 WOD at 17:29 w/ 135lb deadlift, 75lb thrusters and 2bb pull ups. Nice job Joe.
