    This will test you will power, especially with the hill part of run, but keep going, your stamina and endurance will benefit immensely.

    Thanks Luca, I will be posting Paleo vids all month of March. Todays weigh in 183#. This is the lowest I been since 1989. Not bad for a old guy!!! 3# away from my goal.
