Good classes today with Anni,Heidi and David training at 9 and Adam at 10. I cut back the rounds to 3, in the mini WOD, it was taking too long and I didn’t wanted to push them too much.If it takes you longer that 9 min to complete 3 rounds then stop there.
I have to say I heard a lot of complains on how sore people were,after the last few WODs. on that note, remember that what you do outside the gym in more important, than your WOD, by that I mean: how much rest you get, how well you sleep and how good you eat, all those things are more important to your fitness development than your actual training part. So if you don’t feel like you recuperated completely from your last training section, maybe it’s worth taking an extra day off. Ice those sore muscles, get a massage, those will help greatly to get you back to top form and ready to kick ass at the Cave.
