Today we finished our Burpee Challenge. Our first fundraiser for Chidren’s Hospital of Oakland, I hope you had fun doing this challenge. It was a hard one towards the end especially if you missed a day. What a great way to raise money and to get fit at the same time. I can’t wait for the next challenge!!!! Let’s meet some time soon to come up with another Charity to help out, maybe in October.

Starting off new, summers coming to an end, schools starting back up. As fall comes an the weather starts getting colder and darker comes changes in our workout routine{we here in Cali get 2 more months of niceness} but still the same we should not run outside in the dark, right!! Now is the time to start off new, to make goals { we don’t need to wait for New Years Eve} for the upcoming year, our year starts in September. Make your goals so when the warm spring weather starts again we are ready. We want fitness year round that should be our ultimate goal. Here’s to new goals, friends, jobs, business ventures, school,etc…
