Pain Sprinkle
Posted in workout of the day on March 30th, 2008 by anniwatsonDave talked about a workout called Pain Storm that we are going to do in a couple of weeks, so today we did something that I am going to characterize as Pain Sprinkle. Workout is as follows:
- 400M run
- 100 situps
- 60 turns on the jumprope
- 80 walking lunges
- 60 pushups
- 60 turns on the jumprope
- 40 dips
- 60 turns on the jumprope
- 10 L pullups
- 10 pullups
- 400M run
- 4000 ft on the infinite rope (spread among 7 people)

Afterward we did the Sunday ritual at Flippers where Dave had his inaugural breakfast calzone. So much for the workout
